Where the name comes from
Sandstone, stick, and the beaver that keeps building.
Every band of color in a canyon wall is a season of water that came through and left something behind. The rock is stronger for having been carved.
The beaver works the same way. It hauls sticks at night, in cold water, with whatever the bank gives it, and it goes back out after the river takes the dam apart.
A capacity for chaos means you plan for the water instead of hoping it holds off. That is how we approach an engagement here: look at what is actually in front of you, fix the thing that is costing you the most, then keep going.
